01/ Arrival Delhi
Arrive Delhi, meet assist at the airport & transfer
to hotel. Night stay in Delhi.

02/ Delhi - Khajuraho (By Flight)
After a leisurely breakfast transfer to the domestic
airport to board flight to khajuraho. Arrive khajuraho
meet assist at the airport and transfer to hotel. Later
proceed for city tour. The legendary temples of khajuraho
are an incomparable experience. Acknowledged as one
of the world’s artistic wonders, these temples dedicated
to the Hindu pantheon of Gods are covered in carvings
that are a paean to life and love. Built within a short
span of a hundred years by the Chandela Rajputs, the
10th century temples lay forgotten until they were discovered
in the present century. Khajuraho has achieved fame
for the sensual appeal of its erotic sculptures. Night

03/ Khajuraho
After breakfast explore the Western and Eastern temples
of khajuraho while your guide explains the intricate
meaning and legends behind each describable sculpture,
back to the hotel after the sightseeing. Night
stay in Khajuraho.

04/ Khajuraho - Agra (By Flight)
This morning enjoy a jeep safari to the panoramic Reneh
Falls enroute visiting various village hamlets and interacting
with villagers. Evening transfer to the airport to board flight
to the city of Taj, Agra. Arrive Agra and meet assist
at the airport and transfer to hotel. Night stay
in Agra.

05/ Agra
After a leisurely breakfast embark on a sightseeing
tour of Agra visiting the magnificient Taj Mahal-one
of the seven wonders of the world, the taj is amazingly
graceful from almost any angle; it is the close up details,
which are really astounding. Later visit the Agra Fort-a
hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards, fountains
and gates. After lunch visit Fatehpur Sikri- a perfectly
preserved red sandstone “ghost town” which was the estranged
capital of mughal emperor Akbar. Evening free to explore
the bazaars for souvenir shopping. Night stay in
Agra.
Day
06/ Agra - Delhi (04 hrs Journey)
After breakfast drive to Delhi. Arrive Delhi and ttransfer
to hotel. Later visit the 11th century Qutab Minar Tower,
the India Gate and the grand government buildings, the
President’s House and Parliament House all dating back
to the time of British Raj. Also visit Laxmi Narayan
temple popularly known as Birla Temple and later transfer
to the Airport to board flight back home. |
